I've given much thought to what I want my career to be about; the simple answer is meaning and impact. This holds for many of us, regardless of our work or life stage. But true meaning often emerges from taking uncomfortable risks and stepping out on a ledge (Leadership on the Line) – a challenge for many working professionals accustomed to established structures.

Sometimes, the impetus to take these risks and create genuine impact finds us. This was my journey with education. As I have shared before, it was not a path I initially sought intentionally; rather, it presented itself when education became increasingly pivotal to the company's success as a line of business.

Now, after launching multiple products, establishing teams, forming public and private partnerships, supporting edtech events, and recently completing my Ed.D. in Education, I find myself making what I hope will be my most intentional leadership decision yet.

I recognize that launching an Edtech service organization like Work Ready Partners enters a new, dynamic territory. Many excellent organizations, led by people I know, respect, and admire, already exist. Yet, I firmly believe there's a vital space for what I offer – a unique blend of leadership, expertise, experience, and skills that can complement existing initiatives. My ultimate goal is to ensure the best possible outcome for those striving to transform education. My passion for education is matched only by my dedication to ensuring all students have equitable opportunities to pursue future-ready careers.
