We help employers reduce hiring risk by verifying real work before decisions are made.
What We Offer
We provide employers with decision-grade evidence — not resumes, not assessments, and not predictions.

$17,500 | Up to 20 Students | Guarantee or you don’t pay
This is our primary engagement; it allows employers to evaluate real, role-aligned work before making an early career hiring decision. Our first cohort is with Data Science Student Society University of California San Diego. This is best for reducing early career hiring risk. We guarantee delivery of verified proof, not hiring outcomes. Every participating student completes real, role-aligned work and receives a human-reviewed SignalVerified Summary indicating whether their work reflects Completed, Meets, or Exceeds early-career readiness. If we fail to deliver verified proof for the cohort, you do not pay. Please check out the Hiring Risk Exposure Model (under For Employers) to size the risk of a bad hire.

$10,000 | Up to 20 Employees | Guaranteed or Don’t Pay
SignalVerified™ provides standalone, third-party verification of real work for organizations that already run projects, programs, or experiential learning. We evaluate work artifacts produced under realistic conditions and return clear, decision-grade summaries grounded in evidence of capability, not resumes, assessments, or predictions. SignalVerified is not a platform, not a hiring recommendation, and not a workforce reduction or optimization tool; it exists solely to provide credible proof of demonstrated skill so organizations can make their own decisions with greater clarity. This service is best suited for teams that need neutral, external verification of real work without introducing new systems or changing existing programs. We guarantee delivery of human-verified evaluations for all submitted employee work artifacts, up to 20 participants. If verified evaluations are not delivered due to factors within our control, payment is not owed.

This is a separate engagement for organizations already using AI but lacking confidence in how AI is being used. This audit evaluates how teams apply AI in real work, where judgment breaks down, and where risk accumulates quietly. Using role-specific scenarios and human-reviewed artifacts, we surface verified capability gaps so leaders can target training, guardrails, and governance with precision.
